Training
Ministry of Interior 2009
-The MOI decided to continue phase II of their officers training program with CERT over 80 training sessions in 2009 to enhance their skills in strategic mgmt, change mgmt, airport and border security, leadership, soft skills, quality mgmt, community policing, Human and Drug Trafficking, and many other topics related to the MOI Strategic Unit.
In 2008 623 officers were trained over 61 training sessions for phase I of their re-structuring goal.
- CERT has started a 12 month program for MOI officers in Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership
- In 2008 CERT assessed 271 officers over IT, English, Aptitude Test, Personality, Occupational Interest, and values and motives from which they have chosen top 54 officers to continue developing their skills in the Leadership program in 2009
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank 2009
CERT has agreed to train 150 UAE nationals sponsored by ADIB for the banking sector. They will be trained on Business & Banking English, MS-Office, Advanced Excel and Essentials of Accounting. |

ADNOC - CERT starts training ADNOC employees for ICDL Certification in 2009
SEHA-AHS - CERT starts training SEHA-AHS employees for ICDL Certification in 2009
AD Terminals - CERT started Training AD Terminals employees at CERT in Oct 2008
POLICE DEPT
CERT started ICDL Training for about 5000 employees from the Police and Law Enforcement Sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in March 2008.

Summer 2008 – 22% of 1000 students were certified in IC3

Assessments
DOF - CERT has started assessments in 2009 to screen all new-hires for Department of Finance in IT, English, Business Communication, and Psychometric testing
SEHA - CERT has started assessments in October 2008 to screen all new-hires for SEHA hospitals in IT and English all over the Emirate of Abu Dhabi |
